Yoga
Life disciplines like Yoga have been practiced in India for more than 5000 years. And amazingly it still fits in today’s high-tech world. It can prove its usefulness in day-to day aspects of life. Yoga offers man a conscious process to solve the menacing problems of unhappiness, restlessness, emotional upset, hyper-activity etc.

Unfortunately Yoga is getting popular as just doing the postures. Postures (Aasanas)
are important part of Yoga; but Yoga is much more beyond postures. Yoga is a
conscious process of gaining mastery over mind. The simple stretching and
breathing exercises are done in a very slow and gentle manner, and serve to
lower cardiovascular activity rather than speed it up. After their performance
we actually feel more light, invigorated and clearer than before.
This is an art of creating an intimate relationship between body and mind. Yoga
works to cultivate flexibility, strengthens every muscle and balances the body.
Yoga teaches you to relax into yourself and your life by learning tools to
soothe the central nervous system.
Yoga is for everybody and every-body.
Yoga classes are combination of breathing techniques, dynamics or loosening
techniques, and Asanas (postures) along with relaxation. It beautifully balances
body, mind and sprit. This balancing allows development and maintenance of a
flexible, revitalized and disease free body and mind. Emphasis is placed on
total body and breath awareness to assist individual progress.
